LEAD deliberately puts you in a position to EXPERIENCE God intimately while gaining practical skills in a community-rich environment. The core benefit of LEAD’s program is that it gives you the opportunity to combine biblical scholarship with real-life application. Adventure
At LEAD you will live an ADVENTURE through service/learning projects locally and abroad. You will develop advanced leadership skills and life experience as you serve in the local church, in the community, and abroad internationally. You will participate in spiritually reaching and rebuilding the city of New Orleans and the surrounding region. At LEAD you will also be a part of a short-term international experience. This cross-culture adventure will spur you on to deeper self-discovery and a vibrant, influential faith as you reach out and serve others.
Discipleship
At LEAD you will learn to live according to what you know is true. You will grow in every area – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually through DISCIPLESHIP. The program focuses on a holistic approach to educational training by deliberately planting you in an environment that allows you to spend time getting to know like-minded believers on a personal level. This community fosters a deep level of spiritual formation that will inspire and challenge you to realize God’s plan for your life.
